After a tough defeat mid-week at the hands of Real Madrid, German Champions Bayern München bounced back with a convincing 1:4 victory over Hamburg SV. Mario Götze scored twice and helped set-up another in the win. In his first season with the club, the 21 year-old has 10 goals and eight assists.

It was a high-scoring affair as Udinese defeated Livorno 5:3 on Sunday.Antonio Di Natale scored twice in the match to increase his goal tally to 13. Although this has been his weakest offensive output in five seasons, he has still managed to be the club’s leading scorer.

Edin Džeko scored once just before the halftime whistle, then added a second a few minutes after the restart, as Manchester City defeated Everton 2:3 at Goodison Park and inch ever so closer to their second Premier League title in three seasons.  In 29 league appearances, the Bosnian has 14 goals to his name and has scored in two successive matches.
