Based in the heart of Shanghai‘s central business district in Puxi, EA’s PopCap China studio is home to an international team, hailing from various Chinese provinces, Canada, the United States, Germany, and Korea, to name a few. We pride ourselves on creating a fun and collaborative work environment for highly-motivated individuals seeking to learn and excel in game development.

The location is also home to fun folks from Great China Publishing, EA Studio Content, and the EA Digital Platform (EADP). The whole studio knows how to make fun and how to have fun! We have a full-size racing rig with racing chairs and steering wheels, an arcade game room featuring games from the latest fighting genres to old-school arcade shooters, and a popcorn machine that is never empty. On a seasonal basis, we have employee outings as well as ping pong and football tournaments among business units.
