• FIFA 18 Ultimate Team Champions for Beginners

FUT Champions* is an online multiplayer mode in which eligible PlayStation 4 and Xbox One FUT players compete for huge rewards and a chance to work their way to the pinnacle of competitive FUT, the FIFA 18 Global Series**. Players compete in Daily Knockout Tournaments throughout the week in order to qualify for the Weekend League, a 40-match competition that earns the best rewards and a chance to climb the global leaderboards.

    Daily Knockout Tournaments

The first part of FUT Champions, Daily Knockout Tournaments, is a series of short online competitions that serve as qualifiers for the legendary FUT Weekend League.

Daily Knockout Tournaments are comprised of four matches against other FUT players, and winners automatically qualify for the FUT Champions Weekend League. These tournaments are only available for a limited time during the week. Don’t fret if you get eliminated quickly, all players have multiple chances to compete in every daily tournament.

    Weekend League

Qualifying for the Weekend League is just one part of FUT Champions. The competition gets even more intense in the Weekend League, a short-term event in which you can play up to 40 matches against some of the best FUT players in the world.

Once the clock starts on the Weekend League, players have until the end of the weekend to finish (and win) as many of their 40 matches as possible. Rewards are given to players who finish at least five matches by the end of the weekend, but as with any FIFA mode, the more matches you play (and win), the better the rewards.

    Monthly Leaderboards

While the rewards for success in each individual Weekend League are generous, they are even better for players who achieve long-term success. A player’s results in the League over the course of the previous month determine their position on the Monthly Leaderboards. At the end of each month, rewards will be doled out to players based on their final position on the Leaderboards.

    Global Leaderboards

As if it weren’t enough to earn the many potential rewards at stake from the Weekend League, the highest goal of players getting into FUT Champions should be to climb the Global Leaderboards. Only the most elite Weekend League competitors make it onto this prestigious list, and those eligible players that make it to the top of the charts over the course of the season could have opportunities to qualify for tournaments in the EA SPORTS FIFA 18 Global Series**

Only the very best in the Weekend League will be invited to advance to the various Global Series qualifying tournaments, such as the FUT Champions Cup. These fierce live competitions take place in some of the most prominent football cities in the world, like Barcelona, and the top players from each will advance to the Global Series Playoffs.

32 players will rise from the Playoffs and advance to the final FUT tournament, the FIFA eWorld Cup 2018 Grand Final, and compete to become the undisputed FIFA 18 World Champion.
