F1® Mobile Racing Update 29 Notes

Learn what’s new in the latest update

F1 2021 Header

Today a new update is available for F1® Mobile Racing, F1® Mobile Racing, the official free-to-play* mobile game of the 2023 FIA Formula One World Championship™ on iOS and Android devices.

Update 29 includes various fixes and improvements based on feedback from our community, introduces new legendary parts and brings the usual post-season update for all cars, now with an added bespoke steering wheel model for each car.

Updated Cars

As is customary in F1®, teams spend time upgrading and tweaking their cars throughout the season. New aero pieces are added, the size of the air intakes changes, or even at times, some parts are completely reshaped or even replaced altogether. As such, the cars from each team look quite different from when the season started, so some teams' cars in-game may also differ.

Additionally, we've finally included each team's bespoke steering wheel! No longer do our official cars use the standard steering wheel, but each team offers its own flare on the wheel.

New Rarity Level

Update 29 brings a host of brand-new and amazing Legendary parts for players to collect and upgrade. All players can collect these parts regardless of their league level and offer a massive boost to the R&D setups!

Legendary parts offer a boost to 3 stats instead of 2 and can massively improve the car’s performance. They can be earned from any type of box, but the chances of getting one improve with each level. Check the drop rate info of each before opening them for more information.

Below is a list of all the new parts available in U29, including a full list of those at the new rarity level Legendary:

Over the next coming weeks, a series of special hot lap events will take place in the events section. These events are themed around specific teams and engine suppliers and feature some of our favourite circuits.

New Showdown Event

Daniel Ricciardo added to the game. Driving for Scuderia AlphaTauri, you’ll be racing alongside Daniel Ricciardo in races as he replaces Nyck De Vries on the grid. Like any other official driver card, Daniel Ricciardo driver card can be added to your car setup. Players who already own the Nyck De Vries driver card will get to keep it.

The Daniel Ricciardo Showdown is available from League 6, and will remain active until September 9th. Winning this Showdown will earn you a handful of Daniel Ricciardo’s driver card’s and his Official Helmet for the 2023 season.
