Executioner Trooper: Merciless Attacker

The First Order demands uncompromising loyalty from all in their service. As revealed in Star Wars™: The Last Jedi™, individuals found to be particularly treacherous are subject to a visit from the fearsome First Order Executioner Trooper. Marked with distinct black highlights and skillfully wielding a laser axe, they deliver the First Order's brand of justice without hesitation.
This merciless attacker bolsters First Order squads with some impressive Turn Meter manipulation for themselves, ally First Order characters, and against enemies. Furthermore, this trooper can gain stacking health buffs and gets bonus Offense equal to a percentage of the executioner's Max Health. This makes the Executioner Trooper remarkably durable and a significant threat late in a battle.
While certain characters can be more useful in PvP over PvE (and vice versa), an Exeuctioner Trooper's abilities make the trooper almost equally effective in both environments. Fans of First Order squads will be able to find a spot for the Executioner in any lineup.
Basic Ability: Judgement
FINAL TEXT: Deal physical damage to target enemy and gain Health Up (30%) for 1 turn. If the target is debuffed, this attack is guaranteed to be a Critical Hit and Executioner Trooper gains Advantage for 2 turns.
Special Ability 1: Death Sentence
FINAL TEXT: Deal physical damage to target enemy, remove 50% Turn Meter, and Dispel all buffs on them. If this attack defeats an enemy, Executioner Trooper gains 80% Turn Meter and the cooldown of this attack is reset. Otherwise, he gains 40% Turn Meter and +20% Max Health (stacking) until he defeats an enemy. (Cooldown 3)
Developer Note: This is the Executioner's signature move. Each use of this ability will either defeat an enemy, or increase its chance to defeat an enemy the next time it is used. With careful planning, this ability can defeat multiple enemies back to back.
Unique Ability 1: Total Order
FINAL TEXT: When the Executioner Trooper scores a Critical Hit, executioner gains +10% Max Health (stacking) until the end of the encounter and First Order allies gain 10% Turn Meter. Executioner Trooper has bonus Offense equal to 5% of their Max Health.
Developer Note: The First Order is always growing stronger. This ability reflects that looming threat.
