After Emre Yilmaz and Umut became the first two players to secure their place in the FC Pro Open finals, two more will join them as Group B concludes on Monday night.

PHzin leads the way as one of the best automatic qualifiers at the FC Pro Open, and he comes into Match Week 6 with a three point advantage at the top of the table over Happy and Young

Elsewhere, Bonanno will be hoping for a much better performance after not registering a single point in Match Week 2, while the route to qualification is easier for FacuCowen, who picked up four points.

FacuCowen

There was plenty of excitement last time Group B met, particularly with the eye-catching attacking play of PHzin, and the Brazilian has the chance to seal his place in the FC Pro Open finals quickest.

Be sure to keep up with all the action on our Twitch and Youtube platforms, and you can also get involved via X where we will keep you updated with each player’s draft.

Players to watch at the FC Pro Open - Match Week 6

PHzin - There was a degree of uncertainty for PHzin in Match Week 5 after the disappointing performance of eWorld Cup automatic qualifier Mark11, but the eWorld Cup semi-finalist quickly established himself in Group B.

He is one of the names that players from other groups have been hoping to avoid, and should he get off to a winning start in Match Week 6, it will be difficult to see him dislodged from his position at the summit of the table.

Happy - In a difficult group against four of the best players from Brazil and Argentina, Happy made a strong start in Match Week 2 with victories over FacuCowen and Bonanno. The Mexican star has put himself into a promising position amid hopes of qualifying for the FC Pro Open Finals, which could certainly be possible if he puts in a repeat performance from the first round of fixtures.

Bonanno - Things just didn’t click for Bonanno last time around as he ended Match Week 2 without a single point. 21 goals conceded from the opening four games shows a clear need for improvements in defence, but it will be a case of taking one game at a time for the Argentina international, who still has a chance of qualification to the FC Pro Open finals with a perfect run.

Three matches to watch at the FC Pro Open - Match Week 6

Happy vs Young  (Round 6 - 18.10 GMT)

Neither player could be separated the last time these two met with a 4-4 draw leaving the group in the balance at the end of Match Week 2.

A win is crucial for either player with both on seven points, gaining them momentum amid hopes of qualifying for the FC Pro Open finals. The winner will also go level on points with group leader PHzin, who isn’t set to begin Match Week 6 until the second round of games. All things considered, this could be the most important game of the night for both players.

Young vs PHzin (Round 7 - 18.50 GMT)

The outlook of Group B could start to change as early as the second set of matches in round 7, when the all-Brazilian clash between Young and PHzin takes place.

It’s a chance for the group leader to reaffirm his control on the group early on, with victory potentially putting him into an unassailable position, but there’s a potential scenario that Young will be looking to avoid.

Young faces the two best-performing players from Match Week 2 in his opening two matches on Monday night, and if he fails to win either clash, he could return in round 9 to an insurmountable points difference. Two games that will be significant in whether the Brazilian esports star qualifies into the FC Pro Open Finals.

Bonanno vs PHzin (Round 9 - 20.10 GMT)

Round 9 is the most difficult of three games in a row between round 8 and 10 for Bonanno, who could need to beat the group leader to have any chance of completing a comeback run into the FC Pro Open Finals. But even if that isn’t possible, there is still strong value to avoiding bottom position, with competitors automatically invited to the FC Pro Open global qualifier for finishing in fourth.

For PHzin, his dominant +13 goal difference is unlikely to be matched, which means that round 9 could be the game that sees him secure first place early if results follow a similar pattern to Match Week 2.
