PHzin further solidified his legacy as an Esports legend on Saturday night, winning the inaugural FC Pro Open in stunning fashion.
And yet, far from basking in his success, the Brazilian is already looking ahead to what's next, in his bid to become the greatest player of his generation.
He's made a mightily impressive start to 2024, having beaten the likes of Bonanno, Emre Yilmaz and Vejrgang en route to his FC Pro Open triumph.
While this was far from being his first international title win, it did underline his status as one of the very best players in the world - perhaps even the best - as the man himself pondered on Monday.
"I know I'm one of the best [players in the world], top three, top one maybe," he remarked after lifting the FC Pro Open trophy.
The Finals themselves were testing for PHzin, who had to dig deep on more than one occasion.
"I always do too much for my family [emotionally]," he joked, having scored his fair share of late winners in this year's tournament.
On either side of his sublime 8-2 win against Emre Yilmaz in the Semi-final, the Ajax man needed added-time winners to beat AbuMakkah and - most significantly - Vejrgang in the Grand Final.
"I scored almost every chance I got," he admitted afterwards, a nod to his remarkable conversation rate throughout the FC Pro Open.
The Final itself was a fitting ending to the first edition, with PHzin and Vejrgang setting records in the competition's Group Stages.
The South American was the only player to score 40 goals or more, while his RBLZ Gaming rival remained unbeaten in Group C.
Suffice to say, both players had more than earned their places in the Final, and the quality on display made for a true classic.
Neither player was able to take a commanding lead, meaning that the game was tied at 5-5 heading into added-time. With the final kick of the match, PHzin scored a superbly worked goal to seal the win in style - even emulating Vejrgang's celebration in front of the Dane.
While the tensions may have simmered between the pair throughout the final, in the aftermath, PHzin was very complimentary of his opponent, saying: "It's almost impossible to stop him [Vejrgang] when he attacks."
"He [Vejrgang] is a crazy player, but I'm really happy [to have beaten him]."
The 2023 eNations Cup winner also outlined his desire to collect even more silverware this year, stating: "I want a lot more, I want a World [Championship] as well. I want the Eredivisie, I want the eChampions League."
PHzin has gotten close to World Championship glory in the past, having reached the Semi-finals of last year's FIFAe World Cup - where he lost 5-3 to Mark11.
"Last year I think I deserved a lot, to be world champion. Because I think I played very good," he stated on Monday.
Despite that setback, the Brazilian remains confident that, with the FC Pro Open now secured, a first world title win is just a matter of time.
"I'm going to do my dream," PHzin added.
